Here we go again

alchemysticI am told that I never update. My journal is becoming 'boring' because I so seldom write new installments. I find this funny, in a way.
The people who say this are missing the point. I use this journal not as a chronicle of my life, but as a creative avenue. I have an intense hatred for inanity and triviality, so I try to partake of those things as little as possible in my personal life. I do not update for the sake of updating, I simply update when I have something to say. To simply write words for the sake of filling space is an egregious waste of a sacred medium, and I refuse to do it.
I have, do, and will update. But only when I can do so and retain personal relevance.
